Employment and employee share incentives

The Employment Law team advises a wide array of clients in various sectors. It intervenes both in employment disputes and in counselling; including drafting employment contracts and collective agreements, within the context of individual and collective dismissal procedures. The Firm advises its clients about the statutes of the managers and also performs all aspects of employment due diligence.
